All guests are subject to the venue's entry policies and profiling process. Booking through 29ight does not guarantee entry. The final decision always rests with the club or venue management.
3. Valid ID Required
Guests must carry a valid government-issued photo ID. Entry may be denied if valid identification is not provided.
4. Age Restrictions
Only guests who meet the legal age requirements of the venue may enter or consume alcohol.
5. Venue Rules
Guests must follow all rules, dress codes, and policies set by the venue. Any violation may result in denied entry or removal from the premises.
6. Payments & Refunds
Payments made through 29ight are subject to the cancellation and refund policy of the respective venue or event. Convenience fees, if any, may be non-refundable.
7. Event Changes
Venues may change event details, timings, artists, offers, or schedules without prior notice. 29ight is not responsible for such changes.
8. User Responsibility
Users are responsible for providing accurate booking information. 29ight is not liable for losses resulting from incorrect details submitted by users.
9. Limitation of Liability
29ight acts solely as a booking and discovery platform. We are not responsible for any actions, services, disputes, injuries, losses, or damages occurring at the venue.
10. Updates to Terms
29ight reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
